Rock Description: Rock is a long sandy beach on the east side of the Camel Estuary (on the opposite side to Padstow).  Parking: There is one small car park available and also some on road parking. Toilets: Yes, located in far corner. Facilities: Rock offers a selection of shops, a golf course, cafes, restaurants and ferry service to Padstow. Safety: Lifeguards don't patrol the beach.

Port Isaac is a picturesque fishing village which in the nineteenth century was a busy working harbour where cargos of stone, coal, timber and pottery were loaded and unloaded. Nowadays, the village is well-known for being the backdrop of various television productions including the popular ITV show Doc Martin. If you happen to be looking for somewhere to dine whilst in Port Isaac you will also find Michelin Star Chef Nathan Outlaw's second Fish Kitchen located on Middle Street.

Celebrities, Surfing and Award-Winning Dining Polzeath and Rock are both popular seaside resorts situated on the North Coast of Cornwall. All the nearby villages such Daymer Bay, Pentire Point, St Minver, Trebetherick, and many more can all be reached by the local coastal paths that offer spectacular views over Cornwall's rugged coastline and out to the Atlantic Ocean. 

Constantine Bay is a glorious wide sandy beach backed by sand dunes and bounded by a rocky promontory at both ends, making it ideal for family or surfing holidays. This lovely beach is great for the traditional bucket and spade holiday, with fascinating rock pools to explore and plenty of sand for building sandcastles, but is also now popular for modern leisure pursuits such as surfing (equipment may be hired locally) and kite surfing. There is a footpath from the middle of the village which takes you all the way down to the beach - about a 10 minute walk.
