Cornwall... a reminder of how life should be

Cornwall, so they say, is the Land of Saints. It has also been voted as the nation's favourite domestic holiday destination for four consecutive years (British Travel Awards) with many thousands of visitors making the journey throughout the year. Many of our customers love it so much that they book their holiday accommodation in Cornwall with us year after year. It's incredible that this tiny corner of England should speak so closely to so many facets of the human spirit. Whatever your age, whatever your interests, Cornwall has it in abundance.

Recharge your batteries in Cornwall’s wide open spaces, with its miles of sandy beaches, rugged cliff tops, hidden coves, moorland, estuaries, lakes and harbours, is at once mysterious, beautiful, rugged and homely. On the north coast the Atlantic crashes into steep cliffs and on to glorious sands, making waves for surfers and offering great bathing on lifeguard covered beaches. Beaches like Constantine, Harlyn, Trevone, Polzeath and Fistral are all famous for their sands, surf and facilities. An ice cream is never too far away – wherever you put up your deckchair!

As a first class tourist area, Cornwall has its fair share of great sites to see and brilliant things to do. There are also plenty of festivals, events and rituals to get involved with, the most famous of which are May Day in Padstow or Flora Day in Helston. If you don’t make it down for events like these there is still plenty to keep you and the family busy. There are stately homes, castles, ruins and gardens to visit as well as the more ‘modern’ type of attractions for everyone. Explore the history and heritage of Cornwall's unique landscape and culture, enjoy its food and drink, its wildlife, its World Heritage Sites and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's an incredible range of attractions for children and all the family including the world famous Eden Project. You could enjoy a brewery tour, see some remarkable seafaring objects and vessels at the maritime museum in Falmouth or meet the fish at Newquay’s excellent aquarium. It’s all here!
