  Treyarnon Bay A fairly narrow but long sandy bay at low tide, Treyarnon has loads to interest the young and old thanks to its surrounding rock pools. It has a natural pool which is big enough to swim in but which is only accessible at low tide. Treyarnon features Trethias island on the left hand side - however please watch the incoming tide. Parking: Car park situated right by the beach. Toilets: Yes. Facilities: 1 shop in beach car park.

Although Wadebridge is inland it is only a 7-mile drive from some fantastic beaches... These beaches include the neighbouring locations of Polzeath and Rock, both are fabulous examples of Cornish beaches in the area and are well-worth a visit. Polzeath Polzeath is a seaside resort situated on the North coast of Cornwall. Polzeath is renowned for its sandy beach, which is often a hot-spot for famous celebrities and the royal family. Polzeath is a wide, flat family beach with good quality surf and some shelter from winds.

Constantine Bay A west facing long sandy beach backed by sand dunes and plenty of rock pools. It has the reputation of being one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall.  It is separated from its neighbour Booby's Bay at high tide but at low tide it creates a longer expanse of beach. Parking: Small car park with limited spaces directly next to the beach; larger seasonal car park just up the road. Toilets: Yes, by the Constantine Bay Beach car park. Facilities: Shop in Constantine Bay Village
