Located in the far West of Cornwall, the area around Land’s End and along to Lamorna is full of some of the most stunning beaches in the county.  Some of the idyllic little coves in the area have been used in the filming of the BBC series of Poldark, and it’s easy to see why.  Picturesque inlets with turquoise waters dotted along the spectacular coastline.   Gwenver Beach  Secluded and quiet, this beautiful beach is situated north of Land’s End, at the far end of Sennen Cove (the two link up at low tide).  

Despite its small size, Carbis Bay is home to a huge range of fantastic places to eat. There is a wide choice of restaurants plus some great pubs, cafés and a fish and chip shop. You can also pop down the road to St Ives, one of Cornwall’s foodie destinations and sample the eateries there.

Porthcurno If there was an 'A List' of Cornish beaches then Porthcurno would be on it without a doubt. In terms of natural beauty, few beaches anywhere can match it.  

With stunning, soft sand backed by turquoise seas and surrounded by high cliffs on both sides which provides shelter, Porthcurno is an oasis of breath-taking natural beauty. Porthcurno beach is popular all year round with families and up on the cliffs is one of the world’s most spectacular theatres, the Minack. Set in sub-tropical gardens with the Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop!

Wherrytown Beach Wherrytown is a large pebble beach between Penzance and Newlyn. The beach is backed by Newlyn Green and the Newlyn Art Gallery to one side and a playpark, bowling green and basketball court to the other. The wide promenade also runs along the length of the beach.
