Peacehay Barn Competition T&C's
- This prize is limited to a maximum of 12 people and 3 pets.
- This prize must be taken during any available low season week in 2018, as set by Cornish Horizons.
- This prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Travel costs are not included in the prize, the winners will need to make their own travel arrangements.
- The winner will also be required to pay a £250 refundable security deposit a minimum of 14 days in advance.
- The prize must be booked by Friday 12th October 2018.
- If due to circumstances beyond our control, the businesses are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any food and drink or extras that are not mentioned in the above prize is chargeable.
- Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, a resident of the UK, and must not be an employee of any of the businesses involved.
- If you choose to opt in to a mailing list, Cornish Horizons and Trevibban Mill may contact you with ongoing information about their products and services. None of the businesses providing the prize or Trevibban Mill will rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals. You may opt out at any time.
- All names and email addresses will be entered into a free prize draw, only one entry per person (we will not accept automated entries).
- The draw will be made by Cornish Horizons and their decision is final. The winner will be picked at random and contacted at the end of September by email or phone. If the selected winner does not return our approaches for contact subsequent to the closing of the competition, we reserve the right to invalidate their claim and select an alternative winner.
