- The Original Cottage Company Ltd (TOCC) acts as an agent in relation to the provision of ‘Holiday Extra’ products and services from third party suppliers.
- The contract of sale for this ‘Holiday Extra’ product/service is between you and the third party supplier, The Norfolk Hub Ltd, and their terms and conditions apply.
- Cancellation of ‘Holiday Extra’ products/services will be covered by the terms and conditions of the third party supplier. TOCC’s holiday cancellation scheme does not cover the cost of ‘Holiday Extra’ products/services.
- The Norfolk Hub reserves the right to review any cancellations on a case by case basis.
- TOCC is not responsible for any acts or failure to act of third party suppliers, nor for any loss, damage or injury in relation to the products/services that they provide.
- TOCC ‘Holiday Extras’ products/services are subject to availability.
- Information about TOCC ‘Holiday Extra’ products/services is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at the time of publication on our website.
- The Norfolk Hub Ltd works with small batch craft producers of food and drinks. Product availability is not always guaranteed. The Norfolk Hub reserves the right to supply equal or equivalent products, if the specified products are not available at time of delivery.
- The Norfolk Hub reserves the right to place a limit on the number of orders in any given week, if practical fulfilment capacity is reached.
- The Norfolk Hub reserves the right to deliver at unspecified times during the peak season.
- The Norfolk Hub will commence deliveries from Friday 4th June, but will be able to accept orders from Monday 24th May 2021.
- Hub Boxes and Pantry Boxes can be ordered at any time in advance of arrival - up to the end of 2021.
- The cut off for a delivery on any given Friday or Saturday is at 3 pm on the Thursday before. This is to allow sufficient time to order fresh produce.
- The Norfolk Hub will follow strict Covid Protocols during their deliveries.
- The Norfolk Hub Staff are instructed to treat customers with dignity, courtesy and respect. The same standards are expected and required from our customers in return.
