The Camborne Show is a fantastic agricultural event with many competitions, attractions, refreshments, crafts and much much more! The show has many events for people's entertainment, including live music, show jumping, a dog show and many more exciting events to entertain all the family. It takes place on the 16th July.
The Lusty Glaze Dodgeball tournament is one of the most fun ways you can get some exercise this year. The tournament takes place on the beaches of newquay. The tournament does not have to be taken seriously, and fancy dress is encouraged. After the group and knockout stages, and a trophy presentation, music and dancing will follow into the night. The event takes place on 17th July.
The RNAS Culdrose Air Day is a great day for all aircraft enthusiasts. The event takes place on the 28th July in Helston. With a day full of air shows and displays, your breath will be taken by the sheer speed of the planes as the glide through the air. You will also have the opportunity to meet the people who pilot helicopters around the world, and learn what a day in the navy is like.
Leopallooza, the multi-award winning independent festival, is returning for the tenth time to cornwall along with over 100 bands. Leopallooza is the fastest growing music festival in the south west of england, having well known names such as The King Blues and The Cheek playing this year. The event kicks off on the 29th and finishes on the 31st of july in Bude.
Finally, the National Marine Week. Taking pace from the 23rd July to the 3rd August, this event gives everyone the opportunity to look over the wonderful Cornish coastline, whilst watching in awe at the dolphins. National Marine Week is a celebration of the wildlife in the British seas, that everyone can enjoy!
