It’s now even easier to travel to Cornwall for that fantastic family holiday or short break away.

Flybe have announced they are now running flights over the summer from Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow to Newquay airport.

With the trip under 2 hours, this makes your journey from one end of the British Isles to the other a bit more hassle free!

Newquay already has some year round flight destinations; London Gatwick, Manchester and the Isles of Scilly and this is supplemented by the summer flights to Doncaster Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Liverpool.

Newquay is perfectly located within Cornwall being about halfway along the north coast.  Travelling on from the airport to your cottage is easy, but why not stay in the Newquay area?  As one of Cornwall’s top destinations Newquay has so much to offer; some of the best sandy surfing beaches in the country (perfect for either an action packed watersports holiday or a family stay by the beach) and some great attractions including Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium in the town and the world famous Eden Project less than 40 minutes away.  With a great selection of places to eat including Jamie Oliver’s 15 Cornwall just along the coast at Watergate Bay, Newquay really does have all bases covered!
