Bring out your Jingle Bells-Padstow Christmas Festival is nearly upon us. Padstow based Cornish Horizons Holiday Cottages www.cornishhorizons.co.uk are ready to welcome their customers and 40 of the nation’s top chefs on the 3rd- 6th December for the towns’ most spectacular yearly event – The Padstow Christmas Festival. The festival has been running for the past 8 years and has grown in size and status making it one of the best Christmas festivals for all the family. With world renowned chefs such as Rick Stein, Michael Caines, Angela Harnett, James Martin cooking up a storm, delicious fresh Cornish produce being sold in huge marquee’s by the picturesque Padstow harbour, live music and a firework display that puts others in the dark. This really is the foodies’ heaven of festivals and perfect for all the family. This year all the people that help make this event happen were recognised and overjoyed to be awarded Gold at the Cornwall Tourism Awards in the Best Tourism Event of the Year. What an achievement and so well deserved. They have bought something really special to Padstow for all to enjoy for Free.
