Do you have a holiday property in Cornwall that you’re thinking of letting? Demand for holidays in Cornwall is set to rise in 2018, and our property team is inviting property owners to meet with them to discuss letting potential at ‘drop-in’ sessions at our offices in Padstow, Fowey, Looe and St Ives.

We provide tailored guidance to over 500 owners who either live locally or in other parts of the UK and overseas. Many of our owners have been letting with us for many years and have built long lasting partnerships with the team.

Senior Property Manager, Annabel Leach explains, "We understand that choosing which agency to let your holiday property with is a big decision, and there are many letting agents out there to choose from.  We think it's important to give you as much useful information and guidance as possible to help you make this decision. We hope that by meeting with us informally, we start to build that unique relationship early.

We’re hosting ‘drop in’ sessions at our offices so that owners considering letting, whatever stage they are at, can get advice from the people who know what will work best for their property and enable them to maximise their income potential. Owners chose us because of our letting experience and knowledge, but also because we have local people who live in and know the areas where their property is located. We have the marketing expertise to deliver results time and again for our owners."

If you have a holiday property, or are considering letting, speak to the experts. We’re hosting our first drop in sessions in all four of its offices (Padstow, Fowey, Looe and St Ives) on Thursday 15th February.  For more information, click www.cornishhorizons.co.uk/about/meet-the-experts. If you’re unable to make it, feel free to contact the property team anytime for an informal chat on 01841 533331.
