We know what you want in a holiday home - and Bramleys has it in spades!

It is the ideal base for your holiday, whatever time of year you choose to come and whoever you have in your party; young, old, retired couples or little ones.

‘How can one property achieve this?’ you might ask!

It’s the little things

First of all, the owners care.  They really care and it shows in every little detail in the home.  There is nothing that hasn’t been thought of.  As one our ‘Baby Friendly Cottages,’ it provides a travel cot (bedding not included), a highchair, a stairgate (where applicable), a bath seat, plug socket guards, a microwave bottle steriliser and plastic crockery/cutlery amongst other things.  No need to bring everything with you as this has already been taken care of.

Extreme thought and great attention to detail has gone into furnishing and equipping Bramleys and this thoroughness extends right through to the finishing touches.  A warm welcome awaits you, with a cream tea and other goodies laid out for your arrival.  There are leaflets and information for you on the best places to visit and things to see and do whilst enjoying your holiday.

A crowd pleaser

The fabulous garden is popular with pets and children alike.  Large with beautiful borders and little hidden trails, it also boasts a climbing frame, swings and slide and a patio area for sitting out in the evenings and cooking on the gas barbecue.

Location location location

Bramleys is in the perfect spot.  It is only a short drive to the coast (as is everywhere in Cornwall), meaning the delights of sandy Trebarwith Strand beach, Padstow harbour and Port Isaac (used for filming Doc Martin) are within easy reach.  Bramleys’ situation can only be described as ‘idyllic’.  Peaceful, relaxing with lovely countryside views.  However, not too far away are the main routes through Cornwall, so a trip to St Ives, Falmouth or the Eden Project are made easy.  But what holiday would be complete without a village pub!?  Fear not, the nearest is just a mile down the road.

Rambler's paradise

The tranquil location is on the edge of Bodmin Moor, one of the most stunning landscapes in Cornwall.  This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is loved by walkers, and trails crisscross its majestic tors and sweeping moorlands.  Cyclists are also treated to the delights of the Cornish countryside - the multipurpose Camel Trail starts close by and wends its way all the way to Padstow almost completely off road.

Just the two of us

For couples or smaller families that want a bit of extra room, Bramleys is ideal.  It offers a low occupancy discount of 25% on full weekly bookings for parties of 5 or fewer and 35% for parties of 2 or fewer at certain times of the year.
